The Gionee M6S comes equipped with a 6-inch FHD Oncell AMOLED display and is powered by Snapdragon 653 clocked at 1.95GHz and paired with 6GB of RAM. The fingerprint sensor is blended into the home screen and the phone is pretty bulky at 215 gms. On the imaging front, the Gionee M6S Plus comes equipped with a 12-Megapixel primary sensor with LED flash and the secondary is made up of an 8-Megapixel sensor. Connectivity options on the Gionee M6S include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, USB OTG and GPS. Gionee further claims that it has baked in the new feature that will enable an additional layer of security while transacting on the phone. Yet another mention worthy feature is that the fingerprint sensor also records the user’s heart rate and this is something that will go a long way to prevent fingerprint frauds. The Gionee M6S runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow flavored with the Amigo 3.5 OS. As we mentioned earlier the Gionee M6S Plus is backed by a huge 6020mAh battery which supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0.
