As for the specifications, the ThinkPad 10 sports a 10.1-inch IPS 10 point Multi-touch display of FHD (1920×1080) screen resolution. The company is offering an optional Anti-Glare Film for improved visibility in bright sunlight. It is powered by a quad-core Intel Atom Z8500 or Z8700 processor coupled with 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM. Users have the option to lace up to 4GB of RAM. It comes in two storage variants: 64GB and 128GB eMMC SSDs. On the connectivity front, the ThinkPad 10 supports 3G/4G LTE and other standard features. It also has a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash at the rear end and a 1.2-megapixel sensor upfront. It ships with an integrated Li-Polymer battery of 32Wh capacity, which as the company claims, will last for 10 hours on a single charge under typical usage. In addition, the company is also offering a new optional ThinkPad 10 Folio Keyboard and the Ultrabook Keyboard, which as it claims, will offer full typing experience. Users can also check out the ThinkPad Tablet Dock, which will allow them to plug-in peripherals like monitors and printers. ThinkPad Pen Pro will excite people who love to use a stylus to feed information on tablets and phones. The company says that users can improve their pen writing experience by downloading WRITEit application which will allow them to write in virtually any text field and also convert handwriting into text.

Being targeted at business users, the ThinkPad 10 comes with a range of sophisticated security features including the optional dTPM encryption, fingerprint reader or smart card reader. As for availability, the ThinkPad 10 will go on sale in August starting at $549. If you want to grab accessories as well, you will have to pay $110 for the Folio Keyboard, $119 for the Ultrabook Keyboard, $45 for the QuickShot Cover, $129 for the Tablet Dock, $40 for ThinkPad Protector Case, and $30 for Anti-glare film.
