While the company is shying from sharing any other details about the upcoming phone, the Elife E8 recently stopped by at the Chinese certification portal Tenaa revealing important information. As per the listing, the E8 sports a 6-inch AMOLED display with QHD (1440×2560) pixel resolution. Inside the device sits a 2GHz octa-core chipset (unspecified brand) paired with 3 gigs of RAM and 32GB of expandable internal storage. Other features of the smartphone include a 23-megapixel sensor placed at the back and a 7-megapixel shooter upfront....
Google has signed up with Freshmenu, Box8 and Faasos for its food ordering services. Users will also be able to schedule appointments with local beauticians, plumbers, electricians and others as well which are currently happening via UrbanClap. Additionally, the app curates customer reviews for each of the services. It’s still not clear if Google is allowing individual vendors to sign up as service providers but if that happens then the local service providers like plumbers and electricians are set to gain....
At the ongoing Recode conference in San Francisco, Sergey Brin, the Google co-founder who heads the Google X group announced this new version of their driverless cars. He says that the program is currently in a prototype phase, but that it plans to build around 100 early versions of the vehicles for testing this summer. The car looks like a modified version of Tata Nano, and will initially include manual controls in case something goes wrong....
