Under the new offer, smartphone customers get 1 year of unlimited services with unlimited calls (FUP on non-Jio calls), 1.5GB data per day, along with SMS and free access to Jio apps, all for a price of Rs 2,020.
On the other hand, for JioPhone customers, the 2020 Happy New Year Offer provides a new JioPhone with unlimited calls (FUP on non-Jio calls), 0.5GB data per day, and SMS and Jio apps. The offer will be available for a tariff of Rs 2,020 with a validity of 12 months. Recently, Jio and some of the other telecom operators like Airtel and Vodafone-Idea announced revised tariffs after reporting losses for the past year or so. The new all-in-one plans for Jio start at Rs 129 for 2GB of data (with 1000 min unlimited voice FUP) for 28 days, which is the most affordable plan of the lot, and go all the way up to Rs 2199 with 1.5GB data per day (with 12000 min unlimited voice FUP) for a period of 365 days.
