1. Check Your Internet Connection
Let’s start by checking the internet connection to find out if a bad internet network could be preventing you from downloading WhatsApp photos, videos, or other media on your device. One way to do this is to try using other apps on your phone or opening a web browser to access some websites. If your WhatsApp media is not downloading, the first thing you should do is clear the cache and data.
