There’s been talk of fingerprint scanner for the Mi5, which is definitely not impossible, considering how popular this feature has become. The original source of the story insists that a CES launch could be on the cards, but we are not sure when exactly will Qualcomm be ready Snapdragon 810 for production, so let’s take this news with a grain of salt. Word on the street is that the phone will feature razor-thin bezels and will retain the affordable price just like other devices in Xiaomi’s lineup, with a price even being rumored – $325! If Xiaomi does make it to the US shores, and it maintains the same price, then this could mean big problems for other OEMs, as consumers won’t think twice when seeing such great specs at such an affordable price.
